Mike was a novice explorer who decided to venture into the Sahara Desert. He thought he was prepared for everything, but he forgot the most crucial item: water.
After two hours of trekking, Mike was parched. He looked around and saw an oasis in the distance. He ran towards it, but it disappeared.
“Oh no! A mirage!” he cried out.
Suddenly, he heard laughter. He turned to see a camel grinning at him.
“You look thirsty, human,” the camel said.
Mike was shocked. “You can talk?”
“Of course, and I have cold water for you,” the camel replied, offering a bottle.
Mike grabbed it and drank quickly. “Wow! It’s really cold. Thanks!”
The camel smiled. “You’re welcome. But next time, don’t forget to bring your own insulated water bottle. You might not always find a talking camel to help you.”
Mike nodded. “I understand. Thanks for the lesson.”
